Skills you'll need:


You hold a Master's Degree (or equivalent degree) from an accredited university in Information Technology, Business or another relevant field. PMP Certification is desirable.


You have a minimum of 4 (8 preferred) years of relevant experience in IT developing an expertise in the area of project management or portfolio management, IT Governance and IT Internal Controls.

  • A CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, Agile certification preferred.

  • You have acquired at least three years demonstrable Project or Program Management experience.

  • Have a background in technology and ability to understand new technologies like Cloud technologies and other new trends. 

  • Understanding of various project management methodologies (processes, standard methodologies, tools, and templates).

  • Knowledge of IT Governance topics, such as IT Change Management and IT Risk Management.

  • Good social, written, and oral communication skills.

  • You are self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings to include close collaboration with program and project managers.


Languages:  You are proficient in English and in another Bank official language (Spanish, Portuguese and/or French).
