IT Functional Lead Consultant

What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and five years of relevant professional experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: You have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working in software implementations as a Functional Lead, Lead Business Analyst, and/or Sr. Business Analyst

Languages: You are fluent in both Spanish and English

Core and technical competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the Bank’s operational business processes (desired but optional).
• Strong knowledge of the Bank’s IT Landscape and Bank’s Operational Solutions (desired but optional).
• Proven experience leading the implementation of product releases/features from discovery to go-live
• Proven experience working in teams to deliver in agile project environments
• Proven experience building, managing, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent capability of working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Excellent collaborator and phenomenal teammate.

Opportunity Summary

Type of contract: CNS Full Time Consultancy

Length of contract: 19 months (with possibility of extension of up to 36 months)
