What you'll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration or Program Management. Certifications in project management are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and working knowledge of Spanish. Additional knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

Core and Technical Competencies:

  • Experience in using Agile methodologies for project management (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.).
  • The ideal candidate is a team player, understands the IT function, exhibits strong ownership and bias for action, and quickly earns customer trust.
  • They are effective at handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines, prioritizing competing demands, and organizing time to deliver strong results consistently.

  • Length of contract: 12 months (with possibility for extension up to 36 months)

  • Responsible person: Digital Transformation Program Manager
  • Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB's 48-member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
