IT Business Partners Group Head for IDB’s Vice-presidency for Sectors (VPS)

Skills you will need:

• You hold a Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related management field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large projects management (IT or Business Transformation) and/or IT Management. Proven track record of leading a multicultural and diverse team and leading organizational change. Experience with matrix structure is an advantage.

Languages: You are proficient in English and Spanish.  Knowledge of Portuguese and French is highly desired.
