What you will need:

You must have strong relationship and networking skills to generate synergies both within ITE and with outside clients/partners of the IDB group. In addition, you should have the following skills/abilities:

  • Develop and share knowledge about solutions, procedures, and tools.

  • Experience with design thinking and user experience (UX) methodologies is desirable.

  • Capacity to learn and understand business processes and needs.

  • Ability to facilitate dialogue by bridging the gap between technology and its operational applications

Education: You are an engineer or hold a master’s degree (or a 5-year Licenciatura) in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related area.

Experience:  You have at least eight (8) years of relevant experience with at least five (5) years delivering technology-based business services and solutions. Advanced level knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies are desirable.

Additional desirable experience: Experience in innovation field, IT or business transformation, startups, change management with public or private corporations, development banks, Fintech within international context from the region would be desirable as well.

Certifications: Project Management Professional Certification is desirable.

Languages: You are fluent in written and oral in both English and Spanish; Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
