Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another field related to the delivery of IT solutions.
Experience: Your experience includes 5 years as Project Management, Business Analyst or similar role, where you were responsible for driving the solicitation of requirements and the documentation of business processes for the delivery of IT solutions.
Languages: You are proficient in English and in another bank official language (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French).
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Stakeholder management and the facilitating of small and large groups
- You have knowledge of design thinking and similar methodologies
- You are a team player, inclusive, innovative and creative, client-oriented, results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and demonstrate success collaborating and working on team-based outcomes
- You are familiar with Business Process Modelling; Project Management Practices; Development of Queries and Reports (SQL and Tableau or PowerBI a big plus)
Type of contract: Consultant (more than one position available)
