What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in any of the following related fields: Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related area

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years as a requirements /business/functional/ /techno functional/system analyst

Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish Knowledge of another official Bank language (Portuguese and/or French

Skills:

  • Strong analytical aptitude, and an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems, identify risks and develop options/solution.
  • Experience using Business Process modeling tools and standard modeling conventions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and developing user stories.
  • Knowledge and experience developing IT solutions / code
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups across multiple disciplines.
  • Understanding of change management practices
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft office tools, Atlassian Tools – JIRA, Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of IDB’s Operations Business Processes and life cycle is a plus.
  • Applicable certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, CSPO, CSP and ITIL is a plus
