Integration and Trade Operations Associate

Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, International Development, International Relations, Public Policy, Government or other related fields.

Experience and other requirements: you have at least 7 years of experience in supporting teams in quality assurance, and in the preparation and supervision of projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks or international development agencies. Knowledge of IDB Group operation lifecycle and compliance requirements is essential. Excellent written, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and work effectively with others. Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong expertise in the rest of the activities related to the key responsibilities of the position.
 

Languages: You are proficient in both oral and written English and Spanish. Knowledge of another Bank official language (French or Portuguese) is a plus.
