Information Technology Senior Associate

Qualifications:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

Experience:  You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience  with at least (2) years working in multicultural environments delivering business technology services and solutions in financial services or human capital management organizations. Advanced level of Project Management practices are a must.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional Certificate in good standing is a plus.
• Any industry known Agile certification preferred, such as SAFe POPM, or PMI-AC.
• Certifications related to IT Governance, such as CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT, are also desirable.

Languages: You are fluent (written and oral) in both English and Spanish; Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French considered a plus.

About this position:

• Type of Contract: Staff International
• Length of contract: 3 years

• Location: Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
• Responsible person: IT Lead Specialist

Contract type and duration: International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
