IDB Invest - Treasury Asset Liability Management Officer

What you will need:

Education: You hold a master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. CFA or FRM certifications are a plus.

Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in treasury and/or risk management; proven quantitative and programming skills; proven experience implementing quantitative models, processes and strategies, experience drafting high quality documents for the consideration of senior management. You will need a quantitative background, knowledge of the global derivatives’ markets and how treasury decisions impact the financial sustainability of the IDB Invest. You should also possess a track record in banking and ALM of similar institutions.  The ideal fit for the position has strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to work with or lead multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of Python, Julia or R is highly desirable.

Languages: You are fluent in English. Additional knowledge of Spanish, French and/or Portuguese is desirable.
