What you'll need: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.  Years of relevant experience will be particularly considered.

Experience: At least ten (10) years of relevant experience at national/international level of which two (2) should be in an international organization.

We would look for you to have:

  1. Knowledge of the Bank’s administrative policies and procedures. 
  2. A validated expertise in corporate services, document management, logistics, and budget.
  3. Knowledge of corporate information systems and databases.  Work experience using the following IDBG systems is a plus: SAP, Concur.
  4. Experience assisting high-level officials (Executives/VPs) is a plus.

Language Skills: Verbal and written professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Verbal and written professional proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
