IDB Invest Local Funding Solutions Consultant

What you'll need:

• Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, BusinesAdministration, or related fields, with knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with interest rate or cross-currency swaps and Bloomberg; a successful track record of achieving high quality results and delivering valuable services to meet team and departmental objectives. Experience in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC or the Region) financial markets is a plus. A clear understanding of the operational frameworks of public sector and/or multilaterals is desired.
• Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in English and in a second IDB Group official language (Spanish, Portuguese or French). Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
