IDB Invest - Loan Accounting Consultant (FNA/CTR)

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
• Education: An advanced degree (preferred) in accounting, finance, business administration, or another relevant field. Relevant certifications in the field of Accounting such as Certified Public Accountant may be considered in lieu of a master’s Degree, provided the candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration or another relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience working in the accounting, auditing, or financial reporting. Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and accounting procedures, specifically related to development related assets.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (written and oral required) and Spanish (considered a plus)
