Education: You hold an advanced degree (at least Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, International Development and/or other relevant fields. Academic specialization in infrastructure development and/or transaction management is desirable.

Experience: You have at least 12+ years (for Principal Investment Officer) or 8 + years (for Lead Investment Officer) of relevant professional experience in loan origination, structuring complex non-recourse transactions with a validated track-record of working with a broad range of financial instruments and products (including equity and mezzanine). You have expertise working with domestic institutional investors. Understanding of client needs and challenges, market idiosyncrasies, and drivers of change in Latin America and the Caribbean shall be highly valued. Confirmed experience in a similar role in an investment or advisory firm, bank or infrastructure company would be desirable. Strong client relationship experience and skills are highly valued.

Languages: You are proficient in oral and written English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
