IDB Invest - Investment Management Officer - Financial Institutions - Panama

Education: Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Development or other relevant field.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in investment origination, structuring or portfolio management with a shown track-record in Central American FIs.
• Experience working with both debt and equity participations would be highly desirable.
• Understanding client needs and the challenges of different country/regional areas, market idiosyncrasies, and drivers of change in Latin America and the Caribbean is desirable.
• Strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills will be considered a plus.

Language Skills: Deep understanding in English and Spanish; good working knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
