Skills you will need:
Education: You hold an advanced degree (at least Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in economics, development studies, finance, business administration, or other relevant field.
Experience: at least 5 years of relevant experience as a relationship manager (senior Banker or Banker), covering loan origination, structuring or portfolio management and a validated track-record in leading corporate related transactions. Your exposure to the financial institutions and agribusiness markets is desired. Very strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills. A deep understanding of client needs and challenges, in different country/regional areas, market idiosyncrasies, and drivers of change in LAC. Significant experience in a similar role in an Investment firm, private equity firm, commercial bank, or other multi-lateral organization would be desirable.
Language Skills: Proficient in oral and written in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
