Education: You have an advanced degree (at least Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.
Experience: You have at least 10 years of
relevant experience, with four (4) years of those managing a team.
Experience
in business planning and strategy, management controls, resource management, as
well as a clear understanding of business models and challenges faced by a
financial institution. An understanding of the operational work of IDB Invest
or another multilateral institution will be a plus.
Language: You are proficient in written and oral Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
