IDB Invest Financial Systems – Business Analyst Consultant

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Sciences or related field, Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business process analysis and design.
• Languages: Fluent in English or Spanish.

Areas of Expertise:  Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.

Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and process modeling skills. Proven ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment. Ability to extensive business processes analysis and workflows.
