IDB Invest Financial Products and Services Division Strategic Consultant (PEC)

What you'll need 

• Education: Master’s degree in public policy, economics, government, or similar fields.
• Experience: At least 10 years of combined experience in executive positions in LAC private sector, government, and multilateral organizations. Proven experience in capital markets and the private sector: experience in business development, sustainable finance, and a solid network with local and international investors and/or broker-dealers in Latin America and the Caribbean. Regional knowledge: possess a deep understanding of the markets in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Relationship and communication skills: a demonstrated ability to establish relationships with institutional investors and regulatory bodies, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Languages: English, and Spanish or Portuguese.

Requirements:

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration:

• Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), Lump Sum 
• Length of contract:  9 months
• Work Location: Residence consultant.
