Education: An advanced degree (at least Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CFA and FRM designation preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience and consistent record leading risk management/credit risk teams successfully, of which 7 years at the senior leadership level. Seasoned/specialized expertise in financial risk models/systems, quantitative techniques, and aptitude for working with data. Experience in various sectors such as agribusiness, manufacturing, tourism, logistics, infrastructure, information/ communication technology, social infrastructure and/or equity is desirable. Knowledge and/or experience in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) is a significant plus.

Languages: Oral and written professional proficiency in Spanish and English required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
