IDB Invest – Investment Management Associate - Multiple Locations

What you will need

• Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, and/or other relevant fields. Academic specialization in tourism and/or real estate is desirable.
• Experience: You have at least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in loan origination, structuring structured finance (project finance) or corporate finance transactions. Confirmed experience in a similar role in an investment or advisory firm, bank or infrastructure company would be desirable. Strong client relationship experience and skills are also highly valued.
• Languages: You are proficient in oral and written English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

Requirements

• Citizenship: You are either a citizen, a resident with a legal permit or eligible to aquire valid residency or legal permit to work in either Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, or Peru without the need for sponsorship by IDB Invest.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab. 

Type of contract and duration

National staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
