What you’ll need:
Education: Master’s, MBA, or equivalent in Finance, International Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, and/or others relevant field.
Experience: At least five (5) years of professional experience in similar positions whether in the private sector and/or development organizations. Understanding of client needs and challenges, market idiosyncrasies, and drivers of change in Latin America and the Caribbean shall be highly valued.
Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken in Spanish and English is required and a good command of French is welcome but not necessary.
