IDB Invest – Administrative Support Consultant - Business Strategy, Planning & Resources Team – Washington DC

What you’ll need:

• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
• Education: Technical studies or Associate’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience: You have at least two (2) years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in text processing software; spreadsheet and database programs (Microsoft Office) is required. An advanced level of Microsoft Excel, including dynamic tables, and Microsoft Power Point would be a plus. Experience with Project management tools. Strong organizational capability with an ability to carry out multiple and detailed tasks. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player. Demonstrated ability to take initiative to assist others and share knowledge and information.
• Languages: You are proficiency in oral and written Spanish and English; working knowledge of Portuguese and/or French will be considered a plus.
