Education: You hold an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, International Development, or any other relevant field.

Experience:

  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in investment origination, structuring or portfolio management with a shown track-record in FIs.
  • Your experience working with both debt and equity participations would be highly desirable.
  • Your understanding client needs and challenges, market idiosyncrasies, and drivers of change in Central America and Mexico is highly valued.
  • Strong financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills are a plus.

Language: You are proficient (oral and written) in both English and Spanish.

Nationality: As this is a local position that will be based in one of our offices in Central America or Mexico, it is a required that you are either a national or have a valid work permit for one of these countries.
