 Skills you’ll need:
  • Education: You hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal, Finance, Accounting or another related field.
  • Experience: You have at least 10 years of professional experience in a multinational environment in one of the following fields: Strategic and Business Consulting, Organizational Design and Change Management, Process Improvement and Efficiency, Project Management and Human Resources. Experience in interlocution with CEOs, Boards of Directors and Management Committees. Experience in the following areas will be particularly valued: leadership in organizational change projects, management and workforce analysis, talent management strategies, and creation of corporate culture.
  • Experience in management consulting and business administration a plus.
  • Languages: You are proficient in oral and written in English and Spanish.

Opportunity Summary: 

Type of contract: Fixed term

Length of Contract: 3 years

Starting date:  as soon as possible.

Location: Washington D.C.

Requirements: Candidates must be citizens of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
