What you’ll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, organizational development, or another related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in similar functions. Experience in in management consulting or corporate banking is a plus.
  • Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to deliver results exceeding expectations. Ability to maintain confidentiality
