What you’ll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: You have earned a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: You have 8 years of experience in human resources activities at multinational business environment as an HR generalist or in a Business Partner role in the following areas: HR programs design and/or administration, workforce planning, client advisory, HR policy implementation or organizational development. A proven track record in building strong relationships at all levels, cross-functionally, as well as supporting clients in multiple locations is essential.
  • Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
  • Engagement: We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate experience in finding new ways to do their job, and who can contribute to the design of client centric HR solutions.
