What you will need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may help with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in similar functions, working with HR metrics, data analytics, systems, and processes. Experience in international organizations is a plus.
  • Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

  • Excellent communication.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools specifically in Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and other Data Analysis software is a plus.

Opportunity Summary:

  • Type of contract: Full Time Consultant (CNS).
  • Length of contract: 12 months.
  • Location: Headquarters, Washington D.C., United States of America.
  • Responsible person: HR Lead Specialist - HRD/TLM.
  • Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
