Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in similar functions.
Experience:
- Project coordination/management
- Data administration, reporting, basic statistics and analytics tools as well as budget planning.
- Highly skilled in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint as well as in SharePoint, ezShare, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot audiovisual issues used in classrooms (e.g. TV, computers, etc.).
- Knowledge in the use of Wufoo, SuccessFactors, Survey Monkey and Canva (is desirable).
Languages: English and Spanish are required. French and Portuguese are desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, creative and critical thinking and, problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
- Result-driven
- Ability to create and/or implements standards of excellence for products and services ensuring consistency, accuracy, reliability and efficiency. Continuously seeks new ways to make processes run smoother and faster to enhance outcomes.
