What you’ll need:
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in human resources management, administration or related area.
You have previous experiences within the same role in a similar field:
Experience with US State Department visa protocols, consular and/or immigration services and procedures.
Experience working in an international environment.
Experience in providing guidance on human resources policies, entitlements, and processes.
Languages: You are fluent (written and oral) in English and in a second language of the Bank (Spanish, French or Portuguese).
