What you’ll need: 

 
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

 
Consanguinity:
You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: You hold an advanced degree (at least Master’s degree or equivalent) in the area of Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Experience: You have at least 4+ years of work experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of leadership development programs including design and delivery of programs. Experience with performance management practices, process and systems, Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills will help you make a strong impact.

Languages: Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency in a second official language of the Bank (Spanish is advantageous, a working knowledge of French and Portuguese is useful).
