What you’ll need:

     

Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management or a related discipline.

    
Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience managing shared-service centers, working with third-party companies coordinating shared-services center activities. Understanding of human resources policies and procedures is a plus. Experience in working with cross-functional groups. Demonstrated interpersonal, organization and time management skills. Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies. Capacity for coaching, mentoring, and leading others is preferred. Strong analytical capacity and expertise in communicating complex concepts to peers, supervisor and subordinates. Experience working in/with Latin America and the Caribbean. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and/or Service Now.

   
Languages: You are fluent (written and oral) in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is desirable.
