What you will need:

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may help with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years, four (4) preferable relevant professional experience in organizational transformations, change management, talent management life-cycle redesign, training, agile, etc. Experience in international organizations is a plus.
• Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.

Core and Technical Competencies:

• Engagement: We are particularly interested in candidates who can take initiative, find innovative approaches to complex issues, and can contribute to the design of client-centric HR solutions.
• Skills: Interpersonal Skills. Excellent writing/editing, for digital use. Develop, analyze, and articulate project issues. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Prioritize. Attention to detail. Work with limited oversight. Problem-identification and resolution. Goal setting. The ability to meet deadlines.
