What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in areas such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Social Sciences, and/or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant experience. Experience in international organizations and human resources management is a plus.
- Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Skills: A team player with the ability to work with individuals of diverse levels, backgrounds, and cultures. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive. Basic knowledge of human resources management, budget, and financial practices.
- Systems: Skilled at using Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of SAP systems, and Tableau is a plus.
Opportunity Summary:
- Type of contract: Consultant (CNS), Full-Time.
- Length of contract: 12 months.
- Location: IDB Headquarters in Washington, D.C., United States of America.
- Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
