HR Business Partner (Specialist)

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education:  Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related subject areas.
• Experience: You have 4 years of experience in an international business environment as a human resources generalist or in a business partner role in areas such as: administration of human resources programs, workforce planning, client advice, implementation of human resources policies or organizational development.  A demonstrable track record in developing strong relationships at all levels, cross-functionally, as well as supporting customers across multiple locations is crucial.
• Languages: Proficiency (oral and written) in English and Spanish. Knowledge of another official language of the Bank is desirable (Portuguese and/or French).
