Skills you will need:

 
Education: Ph. D. (preferred) or Master's degree in economics, public policy, public administration, or related fields.

 
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of practical experience in advisory positions in governments, international organizations and/or academia. Experience in policy-making and managing major reform and modernization projects, as well as a sound understanding of fiscal policies is required. Candidates should be familiar with international best practices in fiscal institutions. A good understanding of the use of technology in modern fiscal management is also key.

 
Team: Excellent interpersonal skills; and the ability to work as part of a team, to maintain effective and cooperative relations.

 
Languages: Well-developed oral and written communication, and fluency in Spanish and English.
