- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Master’s Degree (or equivalent level of education) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or CPA/Contador Publico Nacional in one of the member countries.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in public accounting (preferably Big Four accounting firms), International Organizations or Financial Institutions. Experience in financial reporting, establishing and evaluating internal controls, analyzing accounting pronouncements, supporting external auditors and reporting under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP).
- Languages: English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required.
