What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or national public accounting in one of the member countries. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience in public accounting (preferably Big Four accounting firms), International Organizations or Financial Institutions. Experience in financial reporting, establishing and evaluating internal controls, supporting external auditors and reporting under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
