What you'll need
- Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Education, Law, Ethics, Business, Human Resources, or other fields relevant to the role's responsibilities.
- Experience: At least four years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas: ethics and compliance, experience in conducting analysis and providing advice specifically around conflicts of interest and practical knowledge or experience with disclosure of interest programs in international or other public organizations and/or experience in the operations, contracting, procurement, audit, or legal areas of an international organization.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is preferable, and knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.

Requirements
- Citizenship: You are either a citizen of Colombia, Costa Rica, and Jamaica or a citizen of one of our 48 member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Colombia, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Type of contract and duration
- National staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
