Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: You hold a JD or master’s degree in law, compliance, criminology/criminal justice, or related area.
Experience: You should have at least 3 years of combined similar professional experience, with a preference for experience in one or more of the following areas: investigations of employee misconduct, including harassment, sexual harassment, conflicts of interest, retaliation, and other forms of workplace misconduct/wrongdoing in public, multilateral or private sectors; criminal prosecution, and/or integrity.
Languages: You are proficient in Spanish and English. Additional working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is desirable.
