What you’ll need:
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Education, Economics, Public Administration, Public Policy, Sociology, or another relevant field. PhD preferred.
Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years (for senior associate role) and 4 years (for specialist role) of proven experience in the education sector in developing countries, and the promotion, programming, design, financing, supervision, execution, and evaluation of education projects.
Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in Spanish and English. Additional knowledge of an IDB official language (Portuguese and/or French) is desired.
