What you’ll need: 


Citizenship: You are either a citizen of Barbados or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Barbados.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Economics and at least two years working experience in a similar capacity, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Working with an International Organization in a similar capacity.
• Languages: English. Spanish will be an asset.
Core and Technical Competencies: Excellent writing and oral skills, proficiency in standard computer software (including Excel, Word), working experience in statistical packages such as STATA or EViews and sound organizational skills are necessary for the role.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48-member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group. Must have permission to legally live and work in Barbados.
