Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

    
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
 
Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in administration, social sciences, information/records/document management, or similar field.
 
Experience: You have at least one year of verifiable experience in documents and information management, including experience with automated information, database and tracking systems. Detailed knowledge of IDB Group operating procedures and regulations, and familiarity with its standard documents is preferred. You are comfortable using standard automated office systems, databases, and web technologies.
 
Languages: You are proficient in English and Spanish. Working knowledge of French and / or Portuguese would be considered a plus.
