Digital Intelligence Senior Specialist – Analytics

What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Education: Master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Economics, Business Administration or Social Sciences. PMP certification would be a plus.

Experience: 

• At least 8 years of relevant experience related to the key responsibilities of the position, A minimum of 3 years of international experience in strategic planning and multidisciplinary project execution is highly desired.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience conducting change management processes in multi-cultural organizations

• Experience in implementing and executing corporate support services in a complex environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously, preferably in international organizations

Languages: Oral and written proficiency in Spanish and English is required
