What you’ll need:

 

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

 
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

 
Education: You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business, Trade, Public Policy, Finance, or Economics

 
Experience: You have at least five (5) years of relevant experience at national/international level. We would look for you to have:

  • A validated experience in promoting corporate cultural change and creativity; conceptualizing and implementing impactful events and trainings; creating strategic partnerships; developing tailored coaching and public speaking skills. 

  • A comprehensive thorough knowledge on design of data management systems and impactful dissemination strategies; creating forums and platforms for information exchange. 

  • Experience working and identifying startups to connect with the IDBG work is a plus

Languages: Deep knowledge in English and Spanish. Portuguese or French is desirable.
