What you’ll need:
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Business, or Project Management. Master’s Degree preferable.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
Languages: Fluency in English and of another official Bank language (Spanish, Portuguese and/or French) is required.
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Ability to communicating effectively, both written and verbally, within a professional services business environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience in managing IT-related projects is required.
- Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving skills are required.
- Familiarity with Data Privacy projects or implementations will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Information Security, Information Assurance, Internal Controls will be helpful.
- Good technical competencies related to the implementation of Information Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, or similar tools.
- A PMP certification is desired.
