Skills you’ll need:
- Education: You hold a Master's degree in economics, public policy, innovation, creative industries or a related discipline.
- Experience: You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of an additional official IDB Group language (French and Portuguese) is a plus.
- Areas of Expertise: Proven proficiency in academic research, strong writing and research capabilities, communication, and storytelling.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
