Skills youll need:

  • Education: You hold a Master's degree in economics, public policy, innovation, creative industries or a related discipline. 
  • Experience: You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience. 
  • Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of an additional official IDB Group language (French and Portuguese) is a plus. 
  • Areas of Expertise: Proven proficiency in academic research, strong writing and research capabilities, communication, and storytelling.

Type of contract: Fixed-term, staff 
Length of contract: 3 years
Location: Washington, D.C.
Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
