What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: Graduate studies (master degree or equivalent) in Law, Human Resources, or related academic area.

Experience: 

  • At least 6 years of validated experience in HR and labor-related matters, internal grievance processes, conflict resolution mechanisms, and project/budget management. Experience in leading projects and coordinating teams. Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to deal sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Established reputation for integrity, sound judgment, fairness, and discretion in dealings internally and externally.

Languages: Full professional writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Professional, knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Service Now, and Survey Monkey.
