Corporate Services Specialist /Sr. Associate – Organizational Resilience

What you will need:

Citizenship:

You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Education:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Resilience Management, Risk Management, Corporate Security, or related areas;  Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • CPP, BCI or DRI or similar certification is a plus.

Experience:

• • At least 6 years of proven experience related to the key responsibilities of the position, with experience in Latin America and the Caribbean in Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Emergency Response, Organizational Resilience Management.
  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, and presentations tools.
  • Proficient in the use of Business Continuity software, such as Assurance, Fusion.

Languages:  You are fluent (oral and written) in English and Spanish. Knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
