Skills you’ll need:

  • Education: You have a bachelor’s degree or licentiate in administration, computer sciences, or language-related field.

  • Experience: You have a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience monitoring workflows, prioritizing requests, serving as point of contact with external parties and processing requests. In addition, you are: a) familiar and comfortable using standard automated office systems, databases, and web technologies; and b) able to analyze and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and workflows through process refinement and innovation.

  • Languages: You are proficient in English and Spanish, working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese would be considered a plus.
